Definitely the great reasons to travel Koh Samui. I’d been to Thailand years ago when Koh Samui was not a popular destination at all but now it has been on my mind since couple years. I have to go back to Thailand for all these reasons mentioned here.
Very lovely place. The clubs and the food will inspire me to head there.
Thanks for the awesome post! Need to add his place to my bucket list!
I’ve been to Koh Samui albeit for a short stay and especially for the Full Moon Party. However it seems we missed out on a lot and should plan another trip there soon 🙂
I would love to explore Koh Tao for the dive island. I have been thinking of a diving vacation and this sounds like a perfect destination. I am a vegetarian and I guess it will be difficult to find vegetarian street food though. Also it would be awesome to spend the night partying away.
I love Koh Samui. You clicked some cool shots. The beach clubs, the magic gardens, parks are all so beautiful. I can’t stop myself from revisiting the again and again.
We are completely in awe of those beautiful parks and gardens with sculptures and the statue of the Big Buddha is magnificent. We would love to explore more of the cultural side of Koh Samui. The beaches and the scuba diving experience would definitely be on the top of the list.
I loved Thailand! I visited this amazing country two years ago and every year I say I want to go back. Maybe next time i’ll make it to Koh Samui 🙂 Safe travels! – Mariella
These are six wonderful reason to travel to Koh Samui. I love Thai food and I’ve heard the diving is out of this world so I understand why these are on the list. I love Thai markets so I can imagine in Samui the shopping is on point. As a solo traveler I love a drink and the beach clubs would be perfect for me.
I cannot wait to visit Arnav. The beaches seem inspired but that amazing Thai food – my fave on earth – draws me back to the country again and again. Gotta have it. I also dig the feel of smaller Thai islands. Even though Samui is heavily touristed you still have a few quiet spots to find and enjoy. Thailand is magical, and this Koh is right up there with some of the more magical spots.
I can totally relate to this article as I LOVE Koh Samui! I never managed to see the magical gardens and parks though so when I go back out I will be making sure I see them! The beach clubs are amazing! Such a good vibe when I was there! I never dived at Koh Samui, I done mine at Koh Phangan but I heard loads about the dive sites at Koh Samui!
I never went to Koh Samui when in Thailand, but your blog has made me regret this now! I love all the food there anyway, but your photos have me drooling! The secret buddha garden sounds so interesting, will bookmark this one!
Koh Samui has been on my to-do list for so long. It is a diver’s paradise indeed. I can’t wait to try the food and explore the beach clubs by the night. Hoping my plan works out this year. Cheers!!
Magic gardens and parks is my favorite reason. Makes me wonder why I haven’t visited Thailand thus far.
