Let us begin by visiting Dubai, the second-largest Emirati in the UAE. It is one of the best places to visit in the UAE. You can take a city sightseeing tour to explore iconic landmarks such as Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, and Palm Jumeirah. You can see the spectacular Zabeel Palace (the ruling family’s residence), the Dubai Frame (architectural wonder shaped like a picture frame), or the Museum of The Future (museum themed on modern technology).

In the afternoon, visit the Dubai Mall to see the marine life at Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo. Dubai provides the perfect amusement at the Wild Wadi Water Park, Atlantis Aquaventure Water Park, IMG Worlds of Adventure, Dubai Parks and Resorts, and many more. Visit the Dubai desert safari for an authentic Bedouin experience.

Take a Dhow dinner cruise in the Dubai Marina or explore the Bluewaters Island. The Bluwaters Island houses the Ain Dubai (Ferris wheel) and the madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum. The malls like Mall of Emirates, The Dubai mall, Ibn Battuta Mall, Dubai Festival City Mall, etc., are fantastic places to go shopping. You can also visit the traditional souqs of Dubai to shop for perfumes (essential oils, ouds, Incense sticks), fabrics (silk, cotton), spices (saffron, candied nuts, herbs, dates, dried fruits), and gold (with diamond and pearl encrusted). While Dubai has plenty of attractions to enjoy spending only one day will not be enough. Your visit to the UAE should not be limited to just one city.

Fujairah

Fujairah Fort

Take a road trip to Fujairah, the only Emirate on the East Coast of UAE. it is an hour-and-a-half-hour drive from Dubai. Fujairah is also the only Emirate located along the Arabian Gulf and is separated from the rest of the emirates by the rugged Hajar Mountain Range. It is a picturesque seaside town that attracts tourists due to its cultural attractions, pristine beaches, water sports, shimmering coastline, and dramatic landscape.

Places to visit in Fujairah are Snoopy Island (a rock shaped that resembles the cartoon character Snoopy lying on its back), Fujairah Fort (the oldest fort in UAE), Ain Al Madhab Hot Spring (mineral spa), Al Bidyah Mosque (the oldest Mosque in UAE), and Kalba Corniche Park (ideal picnic and barbeque spot).
